PCM’s founding partner, Molly Zbojniewicz, has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to PCM, Molly held key management positions at both Koll Construction and McClier Corporation. Molly’s experience includes work on large corporate construction projects for banking and financial institutions, corporate offices, multi-family housing, medical and historic renovations.
At PCM, Molly is focused on business development, pre-construction, and firm operations.

PCM partner Allen Walz has over 35 years of construction industry experience with primary emphasis in tenant improvements. Allen’s prior employers include Coleman Design & Construction Management and McClier Corporation where he held the position of Vice President, Regional Manager. Prior to McClier, Allen held the position of Director of Tenant Improvements at Koll Construction.
At PCM, Allen manages and directs all aspects of the company’s field activities.

PCM partner Rick Coleman is a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Prior to PCM, Rick was the President and CEO of his own firm, Coleman Design and Construction Management. Additionally Rick has held the position of Vice President, Design and Construction at CommonWealth Partners, where his responsibilities included the design and construction management of a $1.5 billion real estate portfolio. Rick has also held positions at the architectural firms of Gensler, DMJM and Hardy Holtzman Pfieffer. At PCM, Rick is primarily focused on estimating and project management.
